Photo Gallery : Main Page : This Month's Favourite Shots

This will be the repository of all my photos, and those of my father and mother from their collections.

The main areas are divided into Film and Digital.

In time, I hope that it will provide a lot of interest and pleasure to those who view it.  Feel free to give me feedback and constructive criticism.

As the number of photographs grows, I will add more gallery pages.  This first gallery page are the current highlights, and then they will be available in roughly year order (oldest first) and then if necessary with some theme within the yearly order plus some individual topics (such as Wollogorang), but listed under the general headings of Film or Digital as applicable.

Post Production: Most images that were scanned from film have been post produced in Photoshop CS, primarily for levels and in some cases with unsharp masking.  Where scratches were evident, (most scans were done without Digital ICE although the scanner has the facility), Dust and Scratch removal was also done.  Some blurring and reintroduction of noise into the corrected areas was also done to provide a more realistic looking result.

Digital images have varying amounts of post production, again in Photoshop CS.

Please remember that all of these images are copyright and that all rights are reserved.  If you wish to use an image, please use the Feedback form to let me know and we can work something out.  Commercial interest is fine.  Originals of the images in digital format are higher resolution and have sufficient information to reproduce to at least A4.
